New York Jets History
Beginning play at the Polo Ground in 1960 as The Titans of New York, the franchise changed their name to the Jets in 1963 before adopting Shea Stadium as their home in 1964. In 1968, the Jets became the first AFL representative to defeat the NFL in the Super Bowl as the team beat the Baltimore Colts in Super Bowl III, an improbable victory that was made possible in part by their quarterback, "Broadway" Joe Namath.
The Jets made a return to the playoffs in the ’80s, and in 1982 made an appearance in the AFC Championship game. Between 2001 and 2010, the Jets made the playoffs six times.

MetLife Stadium opened in 2010 and upon its construction, which cost $1.6 billion, was the most expensive stadiums to be built in the U.S. MetLife Stadium has a capacity of 82,500 and has hosted such events as Super Bowl XLVII, Copa America Centenario Final, and the 2021 Army-Navy Game. MetLife will also be one of the sites for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Awesome Experience watching the jets host the patriots
I'm very upset and disappointed due to the fact that I've tried to get these tickets earlier in the day and it stated I had five tickets but however it kept saying after confirming submission and I clearly see that I didn't get them so with that being said I'm very upset and I'm very disappointed!
As an international traveller, the whole experience was amazing. Starting with the ease of transport to the game, to well marked out signs once we arrived. Throughout our game, staff were particularly friendly and helpful always willing to assist. The pre-game tailgate activation was great fun and overall vibe was great. One piece of advice to international travellers, make sure you pack your passport if you would like to have a drink at the venue.
Top experience. Food/American People/ Game were just amazing
No beer after halftime Stadium in middle of no where Will continue to go to nfl games but not in nyc
Win or lose the experience is like no other Can't explain the energy out there in the stadium. Even walking to your seats you literally feel like your in the game yourself
Left early, but not early enough. The parking lot we were in was about a half mile away from the stadium. The Jets blew a momentum shift at the end of the first half. But the food was good and the service reasonably quick.
Metlife Stadium good times and professional people who work at the event. Thanks for the great hospitality!
Met Life Stadium is very, very Unfriendly to stadium visitors!! 1st place there are No Seats in any of the food establishments, horrible!! 2nd place the Tequila Bar has no Food!! Patrons have to bring food into the bar with No Seats to Dine!! Archaic!!!, to say the Least!!
First time to MetLife stadium first time seein the New York Jets in person and we make history by beating the Eagles for the first time in history. Can’t wait to go back.
