Green Day redefined punk rock in a post-grunge world. Rising from the Bay Area punk scene in 1987, the band released several EPs before coalescing into their long-standing lineup of vocalist and guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong, bassist Mike Dirnt, and drummer Tré Cool. The trio shared the independent album Kerplunk in 1991 before releasing their major label debut Dookie in 1994. Behind singles like “Longview,” “Basket Case” and “When I Come Around,” which each topped the Alternative Airplay chart, Dookie reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200. Dookie earned Green Day three Grammy nominations, including a win for Best Alternative Music Performance, and the album continues to stand as the band’s best-selling release with over 20 million copies sold worldwide. Green Day followed with 1995’s Insomniac and 1997’s Nimrod, with the latter boasting the band’s biggest creative shift with the rare acoustic single, “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life).” After 2000’s Warning, Green Day spent the next few years developing their first of several ambitious projects, the 2004 punk rock opera American Idiot. The album became Green Day’s first to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and it logged two Top 10 singles with “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” and “Wake Me Up When September Ends.” American Idiot garnered seven Grammy nominations and won two, including Best Rock Album. The band won the Best Rock Album Grammy again with 2009’s concept album 21st Century Breakdown. A stage adaptation of American Idiot debuted on Broadway in 2010 and won two Tony Awards and a Grammy for the cast recording. Furthermore, Green Day were first-ballot inductees to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2015.

The concert was the best show they've seen from Green Day, with a setlist of 38 songs. The concert was an exciting journey,
Green Day played over two hours!!!! They were exceptionally wonderful!!! T Mobile park not so much. The acoustics are bad there, so sound wasn’t the greatest. The food and beverage vendors don’t take cash, this should have been conveyed to all people. The lines for using restrooms extremely long, but the bathrooms were clean at least. I tried to take pic of stage without the large bank of lights blocking and a security guard would not let me step out onto the floor, with the price I paid for the tix, I should be able to walk anywhere I want. I have no complaints whatsoever with GREEN DAY, they were phenomenal…..not a big fan of T Mobile Park though
This was the best concert ever! All 4 bands (Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid and the Linda Linda’s) were amazing. The stage shows and sound were amazing. Well done!
Absolutely the best concert I've seen in years. 5.5 hours of great entertainment. Definitely worth the money. Green Day, even though Seattle was third last on the tour, did not fail to give us the energy they are known for. Hurrah!
We have on floor seat? Close to stage good music, great show, I wish I was a little taller do I could see better lol
Green Day has to be one of the best bands to watch live! BJA is one of the best lead singers in rock history and his lyrics and music fuel this GREAT band! Definitely will go to any live concerts or festivals that they take the stage in!
5th time seeing Green Day live, being the same age now as they were when I saw them for the 1st time. And it may be the best of alls. From now on, the new best day of my life. Totally worth the trip from Spain.
The show was amazing. Wow I wasn't prepared to have so much fun. They rocked the stadium.
Concert was AMAZING! One of the best I've ever been to. My only complaint is that the merch tables didn't all have the same items. Wasted a bunch of time trying to find one that had the shirt I was looking for. Considering the line to purchase was already an hour long, it sucked to add an extra 30-45mins to that. Other than that everything was fantastic!
The Saviors Tour was absolutely AMAZING!! The bands energy on stage and interactions with the crowd was electric. The openers (The Linda Lindas, Rancid, Smashing Pumpkins) were awesome and maintained the hype for the main act. LOVE YOU GREEN DAY <3
